1/48 AV-98 Ingram The Next Generation Patlabor

1/48 scale model of the amazing AV-98 Ingram featured in the film series The Next Generation – Patlabor. This is almost completely a snap-fit model kit (like gunplas!). Just the pilot requires glue, and possibly paint if you’d like to give it a more realistic look. When built, it stands approx. 17cm tall. It comes with a revolver, electromagnetic baton, shield, special joint sheats, stickers, dry transfer decals, and a golden coated police badge. It’s fully articulated, the cockpit can be opened and you can also replicate its classic gun extraction gimmick: the forearm extends and the revolver storage on the leg opens up. It’s recommended to use hobby nippers to properly detach the components from the runners. Pieces are molded in separate colors, so it looks great even after a simple straight build. You can however paint it employing proper colors and your favorite techniques (Gundam Markers, brush, airbrush, and/or spray cans).
