HG IBO #05 STH-14s Hyakuri

The STH-14s Hyakuri is a high mobility transformable Mobile Suit constructed by Teiwaz to navigate the debris fields and asteroid belts littering the Outer Sphere. The Hyakuri’s unique backpack features an array of thrusters that allow the Mobile Suit to perform unassisted long-distance flights. The Mobile Suit can also transform into a streamlined “Flight Form” by folding its arms up into the backpack, protecting them from any debris while hurdling through cluttered space. The Turbines, a subsidiary of Teiwaz, would often sortie the STH-14s Hyakuri to perform reconnaissance missions while traveling from the Outer Sphere to Earth, utilizing its advanced scanning equipment to locate active Ahab Reactors floating through the debris zones. The STH-14s is also an exceptional combat machine, employing its extreme maneuverability to perform devastating hit-and-run attacks.

Articulation –

The HG Hyakuri features a fun and exciting construction utilizing all new parts and a small number of polycaps! The model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. Builders can recreate the Hyakuri’s Flight Form by folding the arms back into the Mobile Suit’s backpack, locking them in place with the Knuckle Shields. Bandai provided a transparent display base to display the model in Flight Form or to help the model maintain a standing pose in Mobile Suit Form.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The HG Hyakuri includes two JEE-101 110mm Rifles as its primary weapons. These weapons are primarily for handheld use but also feature a brief transformation, allowing the Hyakuri to utilize them in Mobile Suit Form and Flight Form. Builders can use the included adapters to attach the Knuckle Shields to the Mobile Suit’s forearms. This model is compatible with Bandai’s Iron-Blooded Arms weapon kits, so mix and match until you find the perfect configuration for your HG Hyakuri!
