HG IBO #32 STH-05R Rouei

The STH-05R Rouei is a high mobility Mobile Suit initially developed by Teiwaz as an alternate configuration of the STH-05 Hyakuren. The Turbines, a subsidiary of Teiwaz, would be the first to employ the STH-05R Rouei design, retrofitting two of their Hyakuren units into the Rouei for better performance in atmospheric combat, also hiding their affiliation with Teiwaz while operating on Earth. The Most notable addition to the STH-05R Rouei’s design is the pair of thrusters attached to its back, providing significantly increased mobility in space or on Earth. The STH-05R Rouei was very successful while assisting Tekkedan, providing pivotal data for Teiwaz’s development of future mass production Mobile Suits.

Articulation –

The HG Rouei borrows most of its internal construction from the previously released HG IBO #06 Hyakuren, as both Mobile Suits utilize the Teiwaz Frame. The Teiwaz Frame provides several solid inner frame components supported by an array of polycaps and new armor parts to give the HG Rouei its updated appearance. The model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. The HG Rouei features a pair of articulated thrusters attached to its backpack, helping builders create more intricate and convincing flying poses.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The STH-05R Rouei includes the 80mm Handgun as its primary weapon. This weapon’s small form factor allows the Mobile Suit to wield it with a single manipulator, often used in conjunction with close-quarters weapons. The Mobile Suit also sorties with the Heavy Club for short-range engagements. Builders can attach this weapon to the Rouei’s back skirt armor. Builders can alternatively use the back skirt storage location to store the 80mm Handgun.

Builders can assemble the HG Hyakuren’s 100mm Rifle Cannon and Single-Edged Blade using spare parts left behind on the HG Rouei’s C Runner!
