HGBF #043 KMK-B01 Kamiki Burning Gundam

The KMK-B01 Kamiki Burning Gundam is a custom Gunpla Battler created by Sekai Kamiki to continue training after competing in the 13th U-19 National Tournament. Sekai Kamiki constructed the KMK-B01 Kamiki Burning Gundam by himself, with some input from Shia Kijima, basing the Mobile Suit on the TBG-011B Try Burning Gundam he piloted previously. Pilots other than Kamiki cannot access the full extent of the KMK-B01 Kamiki Burning Gundam’s power, which amplifies its predecessor’s affinity for fire. The KMK-B01 Kamiki Burning Gundam can now emit flames without assimilation, making it much easier to generate flame projectiles for ranged combat. The KMK-B01 Kamiki Burning Gundam would later compete in the 14th U-19 National Gunpla Tournament alongside the SD-237S Star Winning Gundam and the MSZ-006LGT Lightning Z Gundam.

Articulation –

The HG Kamiki Burning Gundam borrows most of its construction from the previously released HGBF #28 Try Burning Gundam, showcasing the in-universe development history connecting these two Mobile Suits. This model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. Builders can attach the HG Kamiki Burning Gundam to their preferred Action Base using the 3mm attachment point built into the Mobile Suit’s waist. The HG Kamiki Burning Gundam includes a small sheet of color-correcting stickers to help recreate the Mobile Suit’s on-screen appearance right out of the box!

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

Unlike its predecessor, the HG Kamiki Burning Gundam utilizes a Long Sword for increased striking range. The HG Kamiki Burning Gundam features a sheath on its back skirt where builders can store this weapon. This model also includes several unique effect parts to recreate some of the Mobile Suit’s martial arts-based attacks. The HG Kamiki Burning Gundam features an assortment of manipulators with articulated wrists for some added posability. The HG Kamiki Burning Gundam also features a pair of transparent orange manipulators that fit snugly inside the included flaming punch effect parts.
