HGBF #055 Gundam Schwarzsritter

$25.99

The NK-13S Gundam Schwarzritter is a modified version of the Second Meijin Kawaguchi’s NK-13 Cathedral Gundam: a custom Build Fighter completed to perfection. Masked Second G, a mysterious masked Gunpla Battler, used the NK-13S Gundam Schwarzritter during the 8th Gunpla Battle World Championship. Unlike its predecessor, the NK-13S Gundam Schwarzritter focuses on overwhelming targets in close-quarters combat. The NK-13S Gundam Schwarzritter utilizes a modified version of the Catherdral Gundam’s backpack, which now features removable wings that also function as massive melee weapons. After the Championship, Junya Inose would become the owner of the NK-13S Gundam Schwarzritter, modifying it further into the NK-13J Denial Gundam.

Included alongside the HG Gundam Schwarzritter for accessories:

  • Flügel Messer x2
  • Winddolch x2
  • Flügel Schwert Handle

Articulation
 –

The HG Gundam Schwarzritter borrows most of its construction from the previously released HGBF #37 Denial Gundam, showcasing the in-universe lineage that connects these two Mobile Suits. This model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. There is also a 3mm attachment point built into the Mobile Suit’s waist The HG Gundam Schwarzritter also includes a small sheet of color-correcting stickers to help recreate the Mobile Suit’s proper coloring right out of the box!

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes

The HG Gundam Schwarzritter utilizes a pair of massive swords made from its wings, known as the Flügel Messers. Builders can use the handles attached to the HG Gundam Schwarzritter’s back skirt to assemble the Flügel Messers. Alternatively, these handles can connect to a pair of small blades to form the Winddolchs. The Winddolchs’ physical edge and small form factor provide significantly more versatility than the standard Beam Saber. The HG Gundam Schwarzritter also includes a separate handle for combining the wing sections into a single, gigantic sword known as the Flügel Schwert.

HGBF #55 Gundam Schwarzsritter

Tips and Tricks –

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the HGBF #55 Gundam Schwarzsritter with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. If you’re up to a challenge making panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking DecalsTop Coating before the application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
