The AGE-FX Gundam AGE-FX is the pinnacle of Mobile Suit development in the Advanced Generation Timeline. Developed to succeed the AGE-3 Gundam Age-3 Normal, the AGE-FX Gundam AGE-FX utilized the data gathered by all previous generations of Gundam units. The AGE-FX Gundam AGE-FX makes use of powerful, remote-controlled weapons called C-Funnels. The C-Funnels each feature a physical blade and can engage multiple targets simultaneously. The C-Funnels could also function as a shield when configured together, protecting the Mobile Suit from incoming beam projectiles. The AGE-FX Gundam AGE-FX fought alongside the AGE-3O Gundam Age-3 Orbital in the final battle against Vagan.

Articulation –

The HG Gundam AGE-FX features an entirely new construction supported by an array of polycaps, as this was the first rendition of this Mobile Suit in the HG Gundam AGE Line. This model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. The HG Gundam AGE-FX features a built-in 3mm attachment point where builders can attach the included display base. This model also features a functioning Core Fighter that will transform for individual display. This model comes with a thorough sheet of color-correcting stickers to help recreate the Mobile Suit’s on-screen appearance right out of the box!

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The HG Gundam AGE-FX includes the Stungle Rifle as its primary weapon. This weapon is significantly more effective than the AGE-3 Gundam Age-3 Normal‘s SigMaxiss Rifle, featuring a new Charge Mode that can fire massive beam projectiles. Builders can accurately replicate the activation of this mode by deploying the extremities at the end of the Stungle Rifle. All of the C-Funnel Bits attached to the HG Gundam AGE-FX’s exterior are removable and will connect to the included transparent ring for an extraordinary display!

Tips and Tricks –

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the HGGA #27 Gundam AGE-FX with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. If you’re up to a challenge making panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking Decals. Top Coating before the application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
