The MS-06F-2 Zaku II Type F2 Zeon Version is a late production model Zaku II used by the Delaz Fleet during Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory. The F2 featured lighter armor and increased power output compared to the standard Zaku II. The F2 maintains the original Zaku IIs iconic appearance and color scheme despite its superior performance.

Articulation –

The MS-06F-2 Zaku II Type F2 Zeon uses plenty of poly-caps allowing this Zaku II a great deal of articulation. Like many HG Zaku model kits, the heat piping that runs through the Mobile Suit limits the posability of the MS-06F-2 Zaku II Type F2 Zeon. Thanks to the 3mm plug on the model’s underside, the MS-06F-2 Zaku II Type F2 Zeon Version will fit right onto most action bases for awesome flying pose action! (Base not included)

Tips and Tricks –

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the HGUC 0083 #105 MS-06F-2 Zaku II Type F2 Zeon Version with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. If you’re up to a challenge making panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking Decals. Top Coating before the application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.

    Hands down, one best zaku kits to build. Solid gold in articulation, details, and over all fun! The weapons aren’t much to go on and the leg tubes are a bit loose and fall out sometimes. Still a good build.
