HGUC #153 RX-0[N] Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn (Unicorn Mode)

There are very few Mobile Suit designs that have been recreated in High Grade form as much as the Unicorn Gundams! This model kit builds into just the Unicorn mode of the Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn. This model kit bases its design on the Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn’s appearance in the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn animated series.

Included on the runners with the Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn, you’ll find:

• Armed Armor VN

Articulation –

The lack of exposed Psycho Frame parts allows Bandai to mold the armor into larger pieces. Thus, the HGUC Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn Unicorn mode uses substantially fewer pieces than the Destroy Mode version. Fewer parts mean that building the Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn Unicorn Mode is much more straightforward than its counterpart. The Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn does miss out on some modern joint structures to create a more stable final product.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

Attach either the Armed Armor DE or the Beam Magnum to the storage location on the backpack of the Gundam. The Beam Sabers can be removed from the forearms and used in both manipulators. For this, Bandai included two Beam Effect Parts, unlike some of the HGUC Unicorn variants. The Armed Armor VN attaches to either forearm and has exposed psychoframe recreated with translucent yellow parts. The Armed Armor DE attaches to the Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn’s forearm via a small adapter that will allow some rotation for better posing.
