Kyoukai Senki #08 Brady Hound Brad Exclusive

The Brady Hound Brad Exclusive is the pilot-use version of the North American Confederation’s Brady Hound. Commander-type variants of the Brady Hound like this one have the unique ability to give orders to a squadron of unmanned AMAIMs. The Brady Hound Brad Exclusive will sortie alongside a group of standard Brady Hounds, giving each unit specific combat orders after accessing the situation right from the front lines. Using the Brady Hound Brad Exclusive allows NAC officers to use much more precise commands that would be almost impossible to give out from a support vehicle stationed outside the battlefield. The Brady Hound Brad Exclusive received a special tune-up, better suiting the skillset of its pilot, Brad Watt, improving the AMAIM’s offensive capabilities.

Articulation –

The HG Brady Hound Brad Exclusive borrows most of its construction from the previously released HG Brady Hound, providing a stellar building experience for anyone looking to spice up their collection of scale-model-mechs. Each of Brady Hound’s legs features nine different articulation points, providing the model with an unrivaled level of posability. Builders can use the deactivated head camera to display the Brady Hound in a parked state while attached to the V-33 Stork Carrier, just like in the anime! The instructions included a brief guide for transforming the Brady Hound into the proper position for transportation.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The Brady Hound Brad Exclusive includes the NAC standard Assault Rifle used by the bulk of their AMAIM Forces. These weapons fire large caliber rounds at a high fire rate and are easy to handle, thanks to their short barrel length. The Assault Rifle features a removable magazine and an optional grenade launcher to attach underneath the barrel. This rifle does not feature any equipment to recognize the affiliation of its user, allowing non-NAC AMAIMs to pick up and use the weapon themselves. The Brady Hound Brad Exclusive utilizes a different pair of melee swords than its mass-produced counterparts. These weapons feature a much longer blade, increasing their effective range at the cost of overall handling. These weapons use the same attachment point as the smaller versions beneath the Hover Units when not in use.
