MG FA-010S Full Armor ZZ Gundam

Original price was: $67.99.Current price is: $64.99.

The FA-010S Full Armor ZZ Gundam is a heavy assault variant of the MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam developed by Anaheim Electronics to remedy the structural problems that plagued the previous iterations of this Mobile Suit. Unlike the FA-010A FAZZ units constructed by Anaheim Electronics, the Full Armor ZZ Gundam retains its transformation capabilities but cannot without the removal of its additional armor panels. The Full Armor ZZ Gundam would only make a single combat appearance during Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, where the Mobile Suit fought the NZ-000 Queen Mansa on equal footing.

Included alongside the MG Full Armor ZZ Gundam for accessories:

  • Hyper Mega Cannon
  • Double Beam Rifle
  • Hyper Beam Saber x2

Articulation
 –

The MG Full Armor ZZ Gundam is an old-school Master Grade that uses a combination of internal frame parts and hollow armor sections in its assembly, all constructed without any polycaps to help maintain a sturdy pose. The model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. The MG Full Armor ZZ Gundam also features a functioning Core Block System, including a transformable Core Fighter with a 1/100 scale Judau Ashta figure seated inside!

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes

The Full Armor ZZ Gundam’s Hyper Mega Cannon comes attached to the Mobile Suit’s backpack, helping to support the weight of this massive weapon. In the UC timeline, the Hyper Mega Cannon was the most destructive mega cannon constructed at the time, outperforming the ZZ Gundam’s High Mega Cannon by 30MW! The Full Armor ZZ Gundam powers this weapon through a cable connected to its backpack, directly linking it to the Mobile Suit’s power generator. The Mobile Suit’s armor plating features removable panels to reveal the assortment of missiles underneath. Bandai provided two massive beam effects to recreate the activation of the Full Armor ZZ Gundam’s Hyper Beam Sabers!

Description

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the FA-010S Full Armor ZZ Gundam with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. Making your own panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking DecalsTop Coating before application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
