MG G-Fighter

The G-Fighter is a prototype Support Fighter developed by the Earth Federation to increase the versatility of their Core Block-equipped Mobile Suits used during the One Year War. The G-Fighter consists of two major components; the A-Parts, which contain the units cockpit, and the B-Parts, which hold the thrusters. The A-Parts and B-Parts combine into the Support Fighter or incorporate components of the RX-78-2 Gundam and its Core Fighter and form a series of unique configurations. The G-Fighter features a pair of articulated Mega Particle Guns and built-in missile launchers that provide some offensive capabilities while operating in the G-Fighter configuration.

Articulation – 

The MG G-Fighter features an entirely new construction supported by an array of polycaps, as this was the first rendition of this Support Fighter in the Master Grade Line. Bandai designed this model as an expansion set for the previously released MG RX-78-2 Gundam Ver. 2.0, providing builders with an array of adapters to combine both models into various configurations. The MG G-Fighter features accurate representations of the A-Parts and B-Parts that builders can combine for individual display. This model includes small sheets of marking stickers and dry-transfer decals to help customize the MG G-Fighter right out of the box!

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The MG G-Fighter includes an RX•M-Sh-008/S-D1025 Shield that builders can use to achieve the G-Armor Configuration after combining with the MG RX-78-2 Gundam Ver. 2.0. Builders can also layer the shields on top of each other just like in the anime! This model also features unfolding tabs on its exterior, enabling its use as a sub-flight unit. The MG G-Fighter also includes a Gundam Hammer for handheld use.
