MG RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type

The RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type is a limited production Mobile Suit developed by the Earth Federation to combat the Principality of Zeon’s advancing forces on Earth. The RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type shares many similarities with its counterpart, the RX-79[G] Gundam Ground Type, as the Federation assembled both Mobile Suits. These similarities include a layer of lightweight Luna Titanium Alloy armor, making the RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type more maneuverable than its successor, the RGM-79 GM. Unlike the Gundam Ground Type, the RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type lacks any parts from the RX-78 series, making the Mobile Suit much more reliable and easier to maintain.

Articulation – 

The MG GM Ground Type borrows most of its construction from the previously released MG RX-79[G] Gundam Ground Type, showcasing the in-universe lineage that connects these two Mobile Suits. The model uses a combination of complete internal frame parts and hollow armor parts, all supported by an array of polycaps and a handful of screws! The MG GM Ground Type features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The MG GM Ground Type includes the BLASH-XBR-M-79E Beam Rifle and the YHI YF-MG100 100mm Machine Gun for handheld use. The Mobile Suit also sorties with two Beam Saber stored inside its leg armor for close-quarters engagements. The MG GM Ground Type also includes the same BLASH XBR-X-79YK Long-Range Beam Rifle used by the RGM-79 (G) GM Sniper but does not utilize an external power generator.
