MG Strike Rouge + Ootori

After repairing the GAT-X105+AQM/E-X01 Aile Strike Gundam following its arrival at the Orb Union, the engineers at Morgenroete would find themselves with more than a handful of spare Strike Gundam Parts. From these parts, the Strike Rouge was born! The Strike Rouge is almost identical to the original specifications of the Strike Gundam, differing only in its upgraded power system. This upgrade provided the Mobile Suit with a drastically improved operation time, giving Strike Rouge’s Phase Shift Armor its red and pink hue. The Strike Rouge would prove instrumental in the Three Ships Alliance forces during the First Alliance-PLANT War. After briefly serving in the Second Alliance-PLANT War, Strike Rouge began to show its age against newer ZAFT and Earth Alliance Mobile Suits, and the ORB-01 Akatsuki Gundam would replace the Strike Rouge as Cagalli Yula Athha’s personal Mobile Suit.

Articulation – 

The MG Strike Rouge Gundam borrows most of its construction from the previously released MG Aile Strike Gundam, lending a complete inner frame supported by polycaps with a functioning cockpit to reveal the 1/100 scale Cagalli Yula Athha figure seated within. The MG Strike Rouge Gundam features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. The Ootori Pack features articulated wings and additional weapons that unfold around the Strike Rouge’s waist.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The MG Strike Rouge Gundam includes its standard loadout with additional weaponry provided by the Ootori Striker Pack. The Mobile Suit’s Beam Rifle features an updated design loaded with surface detail not seen on the original version. Builders can store the Armor Schneiders inside the side skirt armor, and the MG Strike Rouge Gundam’s Large Anti-Ship Sword attaches to the Ootori Pack when not in use. The Shield features an articulated arm to connect to the Aile Strike’s forearm at various angles, with hand-holds to secure the Shield for a nifty blocking pose!
