MG Ver.ka XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero EW

The Wing Gundam Zero EW has finally received another Master Grade rendition after almost 16 years! Bandai also decided to release the Wing Gundam Zero EW as a Ver. Ka, essentially creating a Katoki redesign of a Katoki redesign. As such, the Wing Gundam Zero EW does not deviate too far from the original line art but still provides loads of added surface detail. This model also improves upon the Wing Gundam Zero EW’s color separation, incorporating a new light blue color plastic throughout the model. The Wing Gundam Zero EW also features a transformation into Neo-Bird Form, a new gimmick not seen in the Previous Rendition.

Articulation –

The MG Wing Gundam Zero EW snaps together without using any polycaps, providing builders with a sturdy, shelfworthy display immune to any long-term degradation. The articulation supplied by the Wing Gundam Zero EW’s redesigned construction shatters the expectations left by the previous Ver. Ka releases. This model also features a gimmick that grants a drastic increase to the range of motion by changing the position of armor panels on the legs. Wing Gundam Zero EW’s iconic wings articulate in multiple places for a dynamic look in any pose!

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

Katoki incorporated a new gimmick that allows builders to fold up the Buster Rifles and store them underneath the larger wing sections. Builders can fuse the rifles just like in the anime to create the Twin Buster Rifle, a much more powerful configuration of these weapons. The Buster Rifles feature a hidden attachment point underneath their stock, which fits right into the Wing Gundam Zero EW’s forearm for a super-secure grip. The Wing Gundam Zero EW also includes a shield, as it’s necessary to achieve Neo Bird Form.
