MG XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Proto Zero EW

The XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Proto Zero is the Hajime Katoki redesign of the original XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, which features an updated version of all your favorite After Colony Mobile Suits from the hands of Hajime Katoki! The XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Proto Zero has one of the most interesting backstories in the After Colony timeline. After the team of engineers responsible for developing the OZ-00MS Tallgeese went their separate ways, five decided to work together to design a state-of-the-art Mobile Suit. The technology to build said machine did not yet exist, so they preserved the plans for later use. The design would lay dormant until Quatre Raberba Winner discovered and constructed the XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Proto Zero to replace his destroyed XXXG-01SR Gundam Sandrock. The XXXG-0W00 Wing Gundam Zero and the XXXG-01W Wing Gundam share a similar Neo-Bird transformation, but performance-wise, the Zero is the clear winner.

Articulation –

The MG Wing Gundam Proto Zero features an entirely new construction supported by an array of polycaps. This model utilizes a complete internal frame with a functioning cockpit hatch that reveals the 1/100 Heero Yuy seated inside! This model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. The MG Wing Gundam Proto Zero includes sheets of color-correcting stickers, marking stickers, and dry-transfer decals to help recreate the Mobile Suit’s proper appearance right out of the box! Bandai provided an adjustable display base to showcase the model in Neo Bird Mode.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The MG Wing Gundam Proto Zero includes the devastating Twin Buster Rifle as its primary weapon(s). The individual Buster Rifles feature folding tabs that enable the fusion into the Twin Buster Rifle without sacrificing the weapons’ separate appearances. Builders can also fold away the manipulator grips for a more streamlined appearance in Neo Bird Mode. The Shield features an extending tip, sometimes used as a piledriver to attack enemy Mobile Suits at close range. The MG Wing Gundam Proto Zero also features two Beam Sabers stored inside its shoulder armor for close-quarters engagements.
