MG ZGMF-1000/A1 Gunner Zaku Warrior (Lunamaria Hawke Custom)

The Gunner Zaku Warrior Lunamaria Hawke Custom is a long-range variant of the ZGMF-1000 Zaku Warrior painted to the liking of ZAFT ace pilot Lunamaria Hawke. The Gunner Zaku Warrior Lunamaria Hawke Custom uses the EX-A1 Gunner Wizard Pack, which features a gigantic Beam Cannon alongside a massive energy pack to power the weapon. The Wizard System was the predecessor of the ZGMF-X56S Force Impulse Gundam Silhouette Pack System. The Wizard System allowed ZAFT to easily change the loadouts of their Zaku Warriors depending on the situation.

Articulation –

The MG Gunner Zaku Warrior utilizes an entirely new construction, featuring a polycap-free internal frame and a functioning cockpit hatch that reveals the 1/100 scale Lunamaria Hawke seated within. This model also features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. Builders can change the position of the MG Gunner Zaku Warrior’s monoeye by turning the dial hidden underneath the Mobile Suit’s head armor.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The EX-A1 Gunner Wizard’s primary addition to the Mobile Suit is the massive Orthos Long-Range Beam Cannon. This weapon is fixed to the unit’s backpack and requires both manipulators to reduce the recoil between shots. The arm connecting the cannon to the Wizard Pack articulates at both ends, allowing builders to deploy the weapon just like in the anime! The barrel and stock of the Orthos Cannon both fold outward for deployment too. Bandai also included a flexible red cable to power the rifle. The MG Gunner Zaku Warrior’s Shoulder Shield is a fixed armament that articulates on a pair of ball joints for a dynamic look in any pose.
