The Chopper Robo 3 Chopper Submarine is the third model in this line of combinable mechs centered around the most adorable member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Tony Tony Chopper! Each of the five models in the Chopper Robo line takes inspiration from Chopper’s appearance, with Chopper’s logo on either side and similarly shaped eyes appearing on the Chopper Robo 3 Chopper Submarine. The Chopper Submarine takes the form of a shark, much like the Shark Submerge III stationed onboard the Thousand Sunny. The Chopper Submarine features two detachable torpedos docked underneath its pectoral fins. Both ends of the caudal fin articulate around their attachment point, and the hatch will open so builders can have Chopper piloting the submarine just like on the box! Each of the Chopper Robo models features two Chopper figures in different outfits, with an adorable aquatic outfit fit with a snorkel and goggles included with this model! Bandai designed these models with the ability to mix and match parts to create your own custom Chopper Robots! Each model breaks down into large sections to make part-swapping much easier. The Chopper Robo 3 Chopper Submarine includes instructions to combine it with the Chopper Robo Chopper Crane and partial instructions to create an ultimate combination. You can combine all five models to create a gigantic mech inspired by Chopper’s Monster Point! Monster Point is Chopper’s most destructive form, as it amplifies his size and strength by an extreme measure. The Chopper Robo 3 Chopper Submarine will become the right arm of the combination mech after a brief transformation.

Bandai released all five of the Chopper Robo models in a single commemorative package to coincide with the release of One Piece: Stampede. The Chopper Robo One Piece Stampede Color Set also featured recolored plastic to give the combined model a more consistent color scheme.
