SD G Generation Neo #257 ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam

$8.99

The ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam is a prototype Mobile Suit constructed by ZAFT by reverse-engineering the four Stolen Gundams from the first half of Mobile Suit Gundam Seed. ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam and its sister suit, the Justice Gundam, would soon fall into the hands of the Clyne Foundation and quickly become the backbone of their military forces. The ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam enjoys atmospheric flight without utilizing additional Striker Packs. On top of that, the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam features a High Mobility Aerial Tactics Mode, which reconfigures its wings for enhanced agility in the atmosphere and space. The ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam possesses an insane amount of firepower with its impressive array of fixed armaments. When activated simultaneously, the weapons create a Full Burst Mode attack to destroy multiple targets or decimate a single target with concentrated fire. The ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam is one of the most iconic Mobile Suits from the Cosmic Era Universe, so be sure to check out this excellent SD rendition!

Included alongside the SD Freedom Gundam for accessories:

  • MA-M20 Lupus Beam Rifle

Articulation
 –

The SD Freedom Gundam features an entirely new construction supported by an array of polycaps, as it was the first rendition of this Mobile Suit in the SD BB Senshi line! The SD BB Senshi is the longest-running Gunpla line in history, beginning in 1987 and still receiving new entries almost 40 years later! Each model in this line features a simple construction with basic articulation to create different poses. The SD Freedom Gundam features fully articulated railguns built into its side skirt armor. The SD Freedom Gundam’s backpack can also articulate to replicate the activation of their built-in Beam Cannons. Bandai provided a sheet of color-correcting stickers to help builders recreate the Mobile Suit’s on-screen appearance right out of the box!

Description

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the SD BB Senshi #257 Freedom Gundam with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. Making your own panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking DecalsTop Coating before application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
