The XM-X1 Crossbone Gundam X1 belongs to the self-proclaimed “pirates” of the Crossbone Vanguard, and what a perfect match it is! This bite-sized Mobile Suit comes from the same development program as the F91 Gundam F91 but received a new model number to hide its origin. The Crossbone Vanguard used the XM-X1 Crossbone Gundam X1 to lead their Mobile Suit forces against the Jupiter Empire. The XM-X1 Crossbone Gundam X1 received enhancements to withstand the immense gravitational forces surrounding Jupiter, including the iconic X-shaped boosters. These boosters come attached to the Crossbone Gundam’s Core Fighter, which docks inside the Mobile Suit’s back after a brief transformation. Like many high-maneuvering Mobile Suits, the Crossbone Gundam requires an immensely skilled pilot to reach its full potential. The Crossbone Gundam also features a loadout of weapons designed to provide a significant advantage during close-quarters combat, reflecting the fighting philosophy of the Crossbone Vanguard.

Articulation –
The MG Crossbone Gundam Ver.Ka features an almost-complete inner frame with a functioning cockpit. The Mobile Suits torso features a small number of frame pieces, leaving plenty of room for the models functioning core fighter gimmick. This fighter/support vehicle carries the Crossbone Gundam’s iconic X-shaped boosters and fits snugly into the docking port on the Mobile Suit’s back, safely encasing the pilot. The MG Crossbone Gundam Ver.Ka provides builders with a modern range of motion despite releasing well over a decade ago, as it features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs.
Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –
The MG Crossbone Gundam Ver.ka includes the Buster Gun and Beam Zanber as primary weapons. The Beam Zanber features a uniquely designed beam effect for excellent posing action. Builders can combine the Buster Gun and Beam Zamber to create the aptly named Zambuster. Hiding inside the MG Crossbone Gundam’s calves are the handles of a pair of Heat Daggers. The blades for these weapons also attach to the Crossbone Gundam’s feet, creating wonderfully dangerous kicks!
