MG GN-005 Gundam Virtue

The MG GN-005 Gundam Virtue has created quite a stir since the reveal of its prototype at the 2020 Gunpla Expo and has finally arrived here at Gundam Pros! The GN-005 Gundam Virtue is a special high-powered artillery Mobile Suit operated by the leader of the Ptolemaios Team, Tieria Erde. As the leader’s unit, the GN-005 Gundam Virtue has tons of unique features, including the ability to purge its heavy armor to reveal the Gundam Nadleeh underneath! Gundam Nadleeh hides its actual appearance to protect the unit’s Trail System. The Trial System allows Gundam Nadleeh to remote-control nearby Gundam units, as long as they connect with Celestial Being’s Veda supercomputer. The Trial System served as a failsafe, dissuading the other Gundam Pilots from betraying Celestial Being and preventing enemies from capturing the Gundams. This model kit builds into GN-005 Gundam Virtue or GN-004 Gundam Nadleeh, so you’ll need to purchase an additional model to create both versions.

Articulation –

The internal frame of the MG GN-005 Gundam Virtue borrows a handful of parts from the previously released MG Gundam Dynames in its assembly. Everything else in the package is new and unique to the GN-005 Gundam Virtue, providing builders with a fun and exciting experience! The GN-005 Gundam Virtue’s bulky silhouette consists of many separate armor panels, easily removed to reveal Gundam Nadleeh underneath. Every armor panel is well detailed inside and out, featuring a color-separated grey interior, eliminating the cheap, unfinished look commonly found in lesser model kits with removable armor. Without the armor equipped, the Nadleeh’s articulation can truly shine. Gundam Nadleeh features double-jointed limbs, shoulder articulation, and more than enough range of motion to accomplish any pose your heart desires.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The MG GN-005 Gundam Virtue includes an assortment of unique weapons, including the pair of gigantic GN Cannons, mounted to the Mobile Suit’s backpack. The backpack’s articulated attachment points allow builders to deploy the GN Cannons over Virtue’s shoulders, just like in the anime! The GN Cannons also feature a hidden handhold underneath, allowing Gundam Nadleeh to wield these powerful weapons as well. The GN Bazooka is a powerful handheld weapon used by GN-005 Gundam Virtue which fires high-density GN Particles capable of destroying multiple targets in one blast. The GN Bazooka also features a Burst Mode, which uses the Mobile Suit’s power supply for a massive boost in firepower. The GN Bazooka’s barrel extends to recreate Burst Mode. There is even a unique beam effect for Gundam Nadleeh’s GN Beam Rifle.
